Ka'anapali Beach Hotel
It's easy enough to talk about being located right on Kaanapali Beach, one of the world's best beaches. Or about how close we are to Lahaina, golf courses, and other Maui attractions, which we are. What makes us unique is our dedication to creating a place where guests can truly experience the native culture of Hawaii. We practice the time-honored values that have made Hawaii such a beacon to travelers around the world – values like hookipa (hospitality), pookela (excellence) and kokua (helpfulness). We do it because we believe in sharing not just our island with you, but our way of life. Only then would you experience the true beauty of this island.

We are recognized as “Hawaii's Most Hawaiian Hotel.” And over the years, we've received recognition and awards from travel publications and organizations applauding our efforts to uphold our heritage. For us, these awards serve as incentive to raise our sights in delivering a guest experience that truly reflects our island home and native culture. So that we can share it with you.

The most common definition for "Kaanapali" is rolling hills, as it is set between the foothills of the 5,000 foot West Maui Mountains (Mauna Kahalawai), and the golden sands of one of the world's best beaches. Kaanapali Beach is approximately three miles long, and is divided by a lava cliff, commonly known as "Black Rock" and by the Hawaiians as Puu Kekaa.

The hotel is located just three miles from Lahaina Town, one of Maui's top visitor attractions. The property is low-rise, on eleven ocean front acres in the heart of the Kaanapali Resort, conveniently located between Black Rock and Whaler's Village Shopping Center & Museum. Just across the street are the Kaanapali Golf Courses, home of the Wendy's Championship Senior Skins Tournament.
